Susan Cherian-Joseph OT Reg. (Ont.)
An Occupational Therapist (OT) with paediatric experience who has been practicing as an OT for the past 22 years. She has received her Masters in Occupational Therapy (Neurology) from G.S. Medical and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai, India in 2000.
Susan has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist in Ontario, Canada since 2002. She is blessed with a wonderful family and is a proud mom of two amazing teens. Her youngest, who is Autistic is one of the reasons she is passionate and invested in
Empowering Families with Kids with Differing Abilities
as she has learnt that the only people who can advocate for these kids are the families as they see and know the true potential of their kids. We need to build them up to be future leaders and achieve their God given potential and excellence in their areas of interest and expertise.
She launched Occupational Therapy For Kids (OT4Kidz) as she observed that families were looking for an OT who had lived experience raising an Autistic son and who would empathize with them to achieve their goals.
